Beautiful country house in stone which has recently been restored, in a very peaceful and quiet location with scenic views, ca. 20km from Cortona and Lake Trasimeno. The house has been transformed into a welcoming and comfortable country residence, maintaining the typical features of an Italian farm house such as stone and brick walls, terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. From both the house and the garden you can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and the valley below. The house is set up on different levels, but both from the living area as well as from the bedrooms you can directly access the garden. The lovely garden and swimming pool are for your exclusive use and offer beautiful views.

The access to the house is through an unpaved, in sections steep, gravel road (ca. 1 km) not suitable for low-slung vehicles or sports cars.
Distances: Mercatale di Cortona with shops of all kind 3 km away, Cortona 20 km, Lake Trasimeno 15 km away, Perugia 40 km, Assisi 70 km, Siena 90 km, Florence (airport) 120 km away, Rome (airport) 230 km away.
Closest golf course: Golf Club Antognolla (18-hole): 30 km.
At guests’ disposal: fully equipped garden, beautiful terrace with views of the valley below, swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests (10 x 4 m, min. depth 1 m, max. depth 2m – open from 01/06 through 30/09), external shower at the pool (cold water), wood-fired brick oven.
