Ancient watch tower dating back to the 15th century which has been completely restored an turned into a welcoming country house quietly situated on the hills around the village of Molin del Piano, approx. 11 km from Florence away. This property, surrounded by woods and olive groves, offers a nice garden and a private swimming-pool. The property owners live in a part of the villa but do not share the use of the pool and of the outside areas.
The villa also offers nice panoramic covered terraces and a large balcony enjoying beautiful extensive views over the surrounding landscape.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
