Welcoming apartment in an ancient hamlet of houses nestling deep amidst the Chianti Classico hills, within the Sant’Agnese natural preserve. This hamlet, offering beautiful views over the surrounding landscape, has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features and turned into 30 charming apartments. The outside areas offer a beautiful swimming-pool and a tennis court. The apartment Cantinetta is tastefully furnished in a Tuscan style and provides a private furnished outdoor area with barbecue and bread oven.
The property location is ideal for daily trips to the surrounding Chianti Classico villages and hamlets.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road of approx. 1,5 km.
