Nice farmhouse dating back to the beginning of 1900 situated in quiet and panoramic location on a 14000-square-meter estate (with large woods).
This property was completely restored in the 90’s and was turned into a welcoming country house furnished in a simple, rustic style.
Outside, guests can enjoy use of a large garden and of a nice private pool set on a natural terrace (on a lower level).
This property is centrally situated between Arezzo and the Casentino region, in easy access to beautiful art cities in Umbria such as Gubbio, Perugia and Assisi and to the rest of Tuscany. During summer and autumn months, the surrounding area offers many nice town festivals.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road of approx. 500 m.
Distances: Subbiano with general stores 8 km away, Arezzo 23 km, Cortona 55 km away, Castiglione del Lago (Lake Trasimeno) 67 km, Siena 85 km away, Gubbio 93 km, Florence and Perugia 95 km away, Assisi 115 km away.
At guests’ disposal: fenced-in garden (approx. 15000 square meters) with lighted private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/06 to 30/09) with open-air shower (cold water only) and nice shaded area furnished with table, chairs, bread oven, barbecue.
WI-FI internet connection available from May 1st 2014 (free of charge).
