Charming brick farmhouse comprising 3 recently restored apartments situated on a large 600-hectare estate in panoramic location, on the hills dominating Lake Trasimeno, between Umbria and south Tuscany. All of the 3 apartments offer nice, tastefully furnished interiors. The area surrounding the property offers nice walking and bike itineraries ideal for nature lovers (we suggest the “Il sentiero della Bonifica” itinerary, a 60-kilometer route connecting Chiusi to Arezzo)
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 2,6 km.
Distances: Moiano with general stores 3 km away, Chiusi (railway station) 6 km, Città della Pieve 10 km away, Castiglion del Lago 17 km, Siena 90 km away, Cortona 35 km, Rome 175 km away.
At guests’ disposal: swimming-pool (15 x 5 m - depth 1,3 m). Laundry with washing machine available (free of charge). This property provides WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).
All of the bedrooms can be turned into double bedrooms or twin-bedded rooms.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
