Nice property comprising 16 units situated in quiet and very panoramic location in the country–side area surrounding the beautiful town of Volterra. All of 16 apartment have been recently restored and nicely furnished in a rustic style. Outside guests can enjoy use of a large garden with panoramic, fenced-in pool.
Distances: Fabbrica with groceries 2 km away, Volterra with general stores 25 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 50 km away, Florencee (airport) 50 km. The beautiful medieval town of San Gimignano is accessible in a 30-minute drive.
At guests’ disposal: large garden, panoramic, fenced-in swimming-pool (16 x 12 m – min. depth 0,7 m – max. depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 through 30/09). Bikes are available (free of charge). Shared laundry (washing-machine - € 4,- / per washing).
