Charming recently restored former barn situated on a large estate in the immediate surroundings of Grassina, approx. 10 km from Florence city center. This property comprises a large garden and a few additional buildings where the owners and their families live. Outside, guests can enjoy use of a nice garden with large and beautiful swimming-pool and tennis court (the use of the pool and the tennis court is to be shared with the property owners).
Casa Paola has been tastefully restored and turned into a welcoming accommodation sleeping up to 3 people and is an ideal destination for those who wish to enjoy the Tuscan country-side and at the same time want to visit Florence (also accessible by public transportation).
Distances: Grassina with general stores 1 km, Florence (airport and railway station) 10 km, San Gimignano 58 km away, Siena 70 km, Arezzo 75 km, Pisa (airport) 95 km away. The Ugolino Golf Club dell’Ugolino is only 4 km away.
At guests’ disposal: personal furnished outdoor area, large shared garden, swimming-pool (18 x 8 m min. depth 1,3 m – max. depth 2,5 m – open from 01/05 through 30/09) to be shared with the property owners, Jacuzzi hot-tub (available upon request from 01/05 through 30/09 – to be paid on site), shared tennis court.

Extra Services: Baby bed and hair chair available upon request. Maid service by arrangement (€ 12,- / per hour to be paid on the spot). Laundry available (€ 10,- / per washing).
