Nice entirely fenced-in property with 4 restored units situated on a large farming estate producing wine and olive oil, approx.. 20 km from the beaches. The location is ideal for those wishing to enjoy the Tuscan country-side and at the same time the coastline area. All of the apartments offer nice, tastefully furnished interiors.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable to any cars.
Distances: Suvereto with shops of all kinds 2 km away, Venturina (spas) 9 km, the Gulf of Baratti 18 km, Piombino (ferries to Elba island) 25 km away, Massa Marittima 27 km, Donoratico (amusement park) 29 km away, Livorno 80 km, Pisa (airport) 105 km away.
At guests’ disposal: shared garden with round-shaped swimming-pool (diameter 10 m - depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 through 31/10), open-air shower by the pool (only cold water available), shared barbecue. All of the apartments provide a personal, furnished outdoor area.

Extra services: Baby bed available upon request (€ 20,- / per week to be paid on the spot). Maid service by arrangement (payment on site). Upon request it is possible to organize nice Tuscan dinners. The products of the estate are available for clients to be tasted.
Pets are allowed only upon request (to be requested at booking confirmation- the property owners have a very mild dog).
