Nice farmhouse dating back to late 1800, situated in panoramic location on the hills of Valdichiana region, in Arezzo surroundings. This property is entirely fenced in and provides a large, 5000-square-meter garden with private swimming-pool. This farmhouse comprises a main building with 3 bedrooms and a 1-bedroom outbuilding approx.. 10 m from main house. The interiors are welcoming, furnished in a rustic style.
Outside guests can enjoy use of a spacious loggia and of a nice gazebo, both overlooking a shaded garden with fruit trees.
Villa Tosca is a few kilometer south of Arezzo, in easy reach of Tuscany's most important places of interest and it is ideal for those seeking relax and culture. The railway station of Castiglion Fiorentino is only 9 km away and allows daily connections to Rome and Florence.
