Beautiful independent villa with large garden, private pool and indoor spa. The house is located among the rolling Tuscan hills, a short distance from Buonconvento and about 30 km south of Siena. Impeccably furnished, the villa offers large indoor spaces and is surrounded outside by an expansive garden. The property is made up of the main villa and a guest house (situated just a few meters from the villa). The location is tranquil and very scenic. Villa Senese is ideal for those seeking exclusive accommodation within easy reach of Tuscany's most important places of interest. The owners manage the family farm, with approximately 700 hectares of land with various crops. Access to the villa is via a short section of unpaved road in good condition and suitable for all vehicles.
Distances: Buonconvento with shops of all kinds about 5 km away, Montalcino 9 km, Pienza 18 km away, Siena 30 km, Montepulciano 45 km away, the Chianti Classico zone (Castellina, Radda, Greve, etc.) is within a 50- 80 km radius, Castiglione della Pescaia (seaside) about 90 km, Florence 100 km away.
At guests' disposal: large garden with private pool (12 x 6 m- maximum depth 1,5 m- minimum depth 1,2 m- open from 01/05 to 31/10), barbecue, ping pong table, covered terrace equipped with table and chairs for eating outside. Inside the main villa there is a wellness area with pool table, whirlpool bathtub for 4/6 people, and sauna. WI-FI internet access is available free of charge. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services included in the rental price: Maid service 3 hours per day, 6 days per week (towel change is offered halfway through the week). Pool towels provided free of charge at arrival (only 1 towel per person). Welcome pack at arrival with wine, pasta, bread, cured meats and cheese (for weekly stays only). Baby bed available. Guests can use products from the organic garden and chicken coop according to availability.

First floor (outdoor access): on this floor there are various levels, with a few steps up or down to access some rooms. Large kitchen with fireplace (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer), living room (satellite TV) with large fireplace, dining room, 4 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower (in each bedroom the double bed can be divided into 2 single beds), laundry room with washing machine, large double bedroom (bed can be separated into 2 single beds upon request) with spacious private bathroom with shower and bathtub, double bedroom (bed can be separated into 2 single beds upon request) with spacious private bathroom with shower.
