Apartment on the ground floor of a condominium situated in a large, shaded, fenced-in park in Sorrento city center. On the premises there are 2 additional condominiums and a shared pool.
This apartment is approx. 100 meters from the pool away.
The property central location is ideal for those who wish to discover the town of Sorrento with its beautiful coastline area.

At guests’ disposal: personal terrace accessible from the living-room and from the kitchen, outside area in front of the terrace, swimming-pool (15 x 4 m – depth 1,6 / 2,5 m - open from 15/06 through 15/09) available at an extra charge of € 2,- / per person / per day and to be shared among 30 apartments.
Extra services ( to be requested at booking confirmation and to be paid on site): Use of the shared pool (€ 2,- / per person / per day). Parking 200 meters away (€ 16,- / per day – parking can be pre-booked) WI-FI internet available.
Welcome buffet. Maid service, transfer service, car and boat hire, guided tours, daily excursions by private taxi, shopping tour, reservations for beaches, scuba diving, fishing. Arrivals are possible on Saturdays between 15.00 and 19.00. Arrivals between 19.00 and 24.00 must be advised and re-confirmed by the property owner at reservation and involve an extra fee of €50,- (to be paid on the spot).

Air conditioning is provided in the living-room and in the double bedroom.
Every following extras are compulsory :
