Two nice, newly built apartments situated in a residential area at the beginning of the small town of Porto Azzurro on Elba island. These apartments of part of a large complex comprising 36 units, a shared outdoor area and a shared swimming-pool.
The interiors are welcoming and tastefully furnished.
This property is situated only 400 meters away from beautiful beaches named “Barbarossa” and a short distance away from the center of Porto Azzurro offering all kinds of shops, a nice waterfront and a small marina. Along the island coastline there are beautiful beaches and charming, small bays.
Elba island is accessible by ferries in an hour from the town of Piombino (in spring/summer there are daily ferries, every 30 minutes).
Distances: Porto Azzurro with shops of all kinds and marina 1,5 km away, Capoliveri 5 km, Rio Marina (mineral park with guided tours to former mines - ferries to Piombino) 10 km away, Portoferraio (ferries to Piombino) 15 km, the Napoleonic Residence of San Martino is 16 km away, Marina di Campo 21 km away.
At guests’ disposal: shared outdoor area with round-shaped swimming-pool (diameter 5 m - depth 1,4 m), swimming-pool for children (diameter 2 m – depth 0,4 m). Both pools are to be shared among the complex guests and are available from 15/06 through 15/09, from 10.00 to 20.00. Open-air shower (cold water) by the pool.
All of the 2 units in our program provide a private, covered terrace with table, chairs and washing-machine.

Extra Services: Baby bed available free of charge (to be requested at booking confirmation). Maid service by arrangement (payment on site).
Small pets are allowed (free of charge).
