Beautiful property in the hills overlooking Versilia, renowned area of the Tuscan coast. The villa is surrounded by large, terraced green spaces, and a large park adorned with many plant varieties, creating a very relaxing environment. The house offers a beautiful view of the coast and the Tuscan islands, as far as the gulf of the Cinque Terre. Outside, the villa has a private pool and various spaces equipped for eating outdoors. The interior is comfortable and tastefully furnished.
The Versilia area is ideal for a holiday close to the sea, with excellent restaurants and shops, while at the same time within easy distance of important sites such as Pisa, Lucca or the Cinque Terre (beautiful towns along the Ligurian coast: Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore).
Distances: the characteristic city of Pietrasanta with shops of all kinds about 1 km away, Lucca 35 km, Pisa (airport) 38 km, the Cinque Terre are about 65 km away, Florence 110 km, Genova 130 km away.
At guests' disposal: large, terraced, very well-tended garden with beautiful plants and flowers among the park's various levels, large, equipped outdoor spaces with veranda and barbecue, private pool reserved for guests' exclusive use (12 x 6 m - minimum depth 1,5 m - maximum depth 3,5 m - open all year).
