Nice property consisting of 2 restored farmhouses turned into 8 welcoming apartments (one is occasionally occupied by the property owners). The 4 units on our program (Martino 1, 2, 3 e 4) are in a farmhouse situated approx. 200 meters from the pool away and 250 meters from the other farmhouse.
This property is part of a large, 70-hectare farming estate surrounded by woods, cultivated fields, vineyards and olive groves.
The apartments share the use of a beautiful swimming pool situated in an elevated position and overlooking the surrounding landscape. All of the apartments are furnished in a rustic style and provide a personal, outdoor furnished area.
The property’s central location is convenient for visiting Tuscany's and Umbria’s most important places of interest.
Access to the property is via an unpaved road in good condition.

At guest’s disposal: personal, furnished outdoor area for each apartment, shared swimming-pool (15 x 7,5 m – min. depth 1,35 m – max depth 1,45 m – available from 9:00 to 19:00 – open from 13/06 through 12/09) situated 200 meters from the apartments away and accessible both by car and on foot, shower by the pool, gazebo, shared barbecue area, bowling green, table- tennis.

Additional services to be paid on site: shared washing-machine (€ 5,- / per washing). On request possibility of organization truffle tasting and nice dinners based on recipes of the local tradition. The property owners can also arrange (free of charge) a visit of the surrounding wineries and wine cellars.
