The Anem 3000 Apartments are located next to the village of La Cortinada, in the heart of nature. They are also 400 metres from the Vall Ordino Golf Club and an equestrian site, and less than 2 kilometres from the urban and commercial centre of Ordino.
Just a short walk from the apartments is a bus stop that will take you to Andorra la Vella in just 30 minutes.
The Anem 3000 Apartments complex consists of studios and apartments, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Sleeps consist of double rooms and double sofa beds. In the case of the studios, the living room also serves as a bedroom.
The studios, like the apartments, have a full bathroom and an open-plan kitchen open to the living/dining room equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, hob, coffee maker and sufficient utensils for the capacity. The living room has a television.
In the case of the studios, the living room includes a double sofa bed and bunk beds or an additional sofa bed. They can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartments have double rooms, the number of which varies according to the accommodation capacity (up to 3 double rooms with a double bed, 2 single beds or bunk beds), and a double sofa bed in the living/dining room.
Bed linen and towels are provided for all tenants.
Pets are allowed on request and at an extra charge. Apartments Anem 3000 are therefore ideal for those wishing to travel to Andorra with their four-legged companion.
The complex is equipped with good thermo-acoustic insulation.
The location of the Apartments Anem 3000 complex makes it ideal for mountain tourism. It offers direct access to numerous hiking trails within a radius of 1 kilometer, and various sites of cultural tourist interest are located in its surroundings (including the nature museum and the Alpha craft brewery in La Cortinada). Mountain enthusiasts, and in particular those who love the Pyrenees, will find, at the complex, the end of a stage of the famous GR11 (the Trans-Pyrenean path). From Covid-19, the accommodation will offer its services with the safety of its customers and employees as a priority. For this reason, some services may be offered differently or may not be offered in order to guarantee the client a safe stay. If an accommodation does not offer any of its services for security reasons, there will be no compensation to the customer as this is a force majeure measure.
