The Cims Pas 3000 Apartments are located just 100 metres from the Grandvalira ski lifts, in the centre of Pas de la Case and therefore close to shops, restaurants and cafeterias.
Pas de la Case is just over 30 km from Andorra la Vella, in the heart of nature and not far from the French border.
The Cims Pas 3000 Apartments complex, whose furniture was partly replaced in 2012, is mainly composed of studios that can accommodate up to 6 people.
The studios have all been equipped with good insulation, and furnished in such a way as to ensure a pleasant stay. They have a complete bathroom and an American kitchen. The living room serves as a bedroom: this is where the beds are located. The studios for 2 people have two beds, and the other studios have 2 to 4 beds and a double sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a hotplate, a coffee maker and enough utensils for the capacity of the accommodation. The living room has a television.
Bed linen, towels and a small cleaning kit are provided for all tenants. Table linen and tea towels are not included.
Wi-Fi is available in all Cims Pas 3000 apartments for a fee. There is also a ski locker service, on request and at an additional cost.
Pets are allowed, also on request and at an additional cost.
The Appartements Cims Pas 3000 are located in the Pas de la Case area, on the border between France and Andorra. The concentration of shops that it offers makes it an ideal destination for shopping. Thus, the Pyrénées Andorra shopping centre is a must. It is located in the Coprínceps square, only 5 minutes away from the apartments. From the Covid-19, the accommodation will offer its services with the safety of its clients and employees as a priority. For this reason, some services may be offered differently or may not be offered to guarantee the client a stay with security. If an accommodation does not offer any of its services for safety reasons, there will be no compensation to the client as this is a force majeure measure.
