The Apartments la Pleta 3000 are located in the Andorran municipality of the valley of Incles de la Pleta, a little more than 300 meters from the famous city of Soldeu and only 15 minutes by car from Andorra la Vella. They enjoy a privileged location, just a few steps from the Soldeu gondola lift, located in the Grandvalira ski area.
Recently built, the Apartments la Pleta 3000 are located in a building with typical Andorran architecture, with a stone and wooden structure. The establishment includes studios and apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people.
The studios have a double sofa bed and bunk beds, all located in the living/dining room, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartments have one or two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room and can accommodate 4 to 6 people respectively.
The studios, like the apartments, include a living/dining area with television, a full bathroom (including hairdryer), a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob and basic cooking utensils sufficient for the capacity of the accommodation.
The entire complex is heated and the rooms have parquet flooring.
La Pleta 3000 Apartments provide a ski room for guests, and pets are allowed on request and at an additional cost.
Bed linen and towels are provided for all occupants. Guests will also receive a welcome pack to provide basic cleaning for the first few days. Table linen and tea towels are not included.
From the Soldeu gondola lift, not far from the La Pleta 3000 Apartments, it is possible to access the highest golf course in Europe. The Golf Soldeu is located at an altitude of over 2,000 meters and consists of more than 9 holes, spread over a 2,600 meter long course. The course is open between June and September, and you will be able to take lessons given by professionals at the golf school. From Covid-19, the accommodation will offer its services with the safety of its clients and employees as a priority. For this reason, some services may be offered differently or may not be offered to guarantee the client a safe stay. If an accommodation does not offer any of its services for security reasons, there will be no compensation to the customer as this is a force majeure measure.
