This Villa is located within a private street where you won't hear traffic and you can relax in the garden.
It is easily reachable because it is located at 1,5 km from the railway station of Forte dei Marmi – Querceta and 2,5 km from the motorway exit Versilia.
There are two parking spaces, automatic gate and pedestrian gate.
You can leave your parked cars and with a bicycle you can reach the beaches of Forte dei Marmi.
The Villa has a garden of about 600sqm with a Pergola and a covered terrace in front of the kitchen where guests can dine.
