Holiday house for 9 people with private pool.
The house is situated on a large plot, with views to the surrounding countryside. There is a large pool, covered terrace, grill, satellite TV and WiFi.
Location:
The house is approximately 3 km from Capdepera in the eastern part of Mallorca. In Capdepera find restaurants as well as cafes and shops.
There are approximately 6 km to the sandy beach at Cala Ratjada, and there is a short walking distance to the nearby golf course.
Inside:
The house is 150 m2 and consists of 5 bedrooms, of which the three equipped each with a double bed, the fourth with two single beds and the fifth with a single bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a combined living / dining room and three bathrooms.
Outdoor:
The plot is 3,500 m2 and it has views to the mountains as the surrounding countryside.
The pool measures 11 x 5.5 meters and has a depth of between 2 and 1.2 m.
There is a 40 m2 large covered terrace, built-in barbecue and deck chairs.
Note:
Youth groups can not book the house.
