Beautiful villa for 8 people with a private pool and with sea view, very close to the beach.
A beautiful villa with all modern amenities. Here is satelitte television, air conditioning and panoramic views of the sea. Situated only a few meters from the beach. The villa is located in a relaxing environment and features several nice terraces, one of them with a sea view.
Location :
The holiday home is located about 1 km from Porto Cristo in Cala Magrana. Porto Cristo is well known for the "Coves del Drac", the caves with Europe's largest underground lake, an absolute must see. Porto Cristo is a former fishing village with a relaxed ambience and a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars. It is approx. 25 km to Manacor and ditto to Felanitx. In Porto Cristo you find wonderful sandy beaches, but nearby the house there are 3 small, but very nice beaches as well. The golf course is 12 km away. The distance to the airport is 63 km.
Interior:
The villa is tastefully decorated in a classic Spanish style. There are hardwood floors and exposed ceiling beams. The kitchen is large and ultra modern with all equipment. There is a comfortable living room in open connection with the dining area. There are 4 bedrooms, all with double beds and their own televisions, 3 of them are with an adjacent bathroom. The house is on 2 floors.
Exterior:
A spectacular sea view and just a few meters walk to the water. There is a beautiful garden with groomed lawn. The house offers a cozy terrace complete with lounge chairs, parasols and a dining area. Here is a mobile grill and an outdoor shower. There is a relaxation area with sofas. Moreover, a furnished and covered porch. The outdoor facilities provide many opportunities for both fun and relaxation in quiet surroundings.
