Comfortable apartment in Tuscany just a short distance from the town of Panzano in Chianti, right in the heart of the Chianti Classico area. The apartment is very welcoming, well-furnished and is a part of a colonial house that dates back to the 1400’s. It has been recently restructured and refurbished in such a way as to keep original features (such as open beams, wooden and tiled floors) and to convert it into 3 apartments.
The outdoor space includes a private and furnished area with a beautiful view over the vineyards and olive groves that are typical of Chianti. The location of this house is ideal for those who want to relax in the Tuscan countryside while also having the option of being close to cities such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and all of the highlights of Chianti (Panzano, Greve, Castellina, Radda, Gaiole)
Distances: the charming town of Panzano in Chianti with many shops – 600m, Greve in Chianti - 5 km, Florence - 30 km, Siena - 30 km, San Gimignano - 40 km, Volterra - 65 km.
