This fantastic and modern villa inspired by the traditional Ibizan style with a fresh and Mediterranean interior decoration has a large garden and green spaces making it ideal for families with children or groups of Adults.
The house has four double rooms and four bathrooms distributed in three levels. There is also a fifth annexed room.
The main floor has a modern and open kitchen, with a dining area that communicates with a large living room, both open spaces to the pool area. On this floor there are also two double bedrooms that share a bathroom as well as a bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub that also has direct access to the terrace and the pool. Likewise, this plant has a practical independent pantry and a laundry area.
The large master suite, located on the upper floor, has a private terrace and a solarium area equipped with hammocks, from where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea, the old town of Ibiza and the neighboring island of Formentera
In the area of the terrace there is a nice swimming pool with jacuzzi, a covered barbeque area with bar as well as a large covered gazebo and a toilet.
Two living areas, a large garden area with different environments on a private plot of 20,000 m2 offer additional comfort and space for up to 10 people.
