Villa Esteban is located next to Ibiza Town, one of the most stunning views over the city and the background Formentera, in a closed urbanization with 24h security.
This newly built house has a large outdoor swimming pool, barbecue area, chill out, lounge chairs and shaded areas.
There is a spacious living room with access to the garden and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry.
The living room has I-Pod player with indoor and outdoor sound.
On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed, en suite with shower. And another bedroom with 2 single beds, en suite bathroom with bathtub.
