Pep Simó – 8/10 people
This superb new house has one of the best areas of Ibiza, Can Pep Simó. A luxury area, elevated a few miles from Ibiza Town, Talamanca beach and sea port. Their ocean views are outstanding. The house has three levels (the house has an elevator).
Ground floor: has a garage for two cars. One bedroom, lounge with TV and games room, bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with shower. In addition to the patio and separate entrance.
First floor: large kitchen with a side room for games and reading for children and laundry. A toilet. A very spacious with stereo and satellite TV with access to the garden, pool and barbecue porch with table for 10 guests with shaded dining area. At the pool you can install a mobile child protection (only on request)
Second floor: Here is the other bedroom: Two of them with twin beds each and a bathroom with shower for two, one bedroom with double bed and large master suite and lovely views with double bed and a bathroom with tub open and a large closet.
