Charming country house on top of a hill, very sunny, overlooking the valley of San Miguel, with a beautiful landscape of pine trees.
This villa offers the tranquility of a location that is ideal for families who want to spend a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature.
The house is a traditional farmhouse, is beautifully restored and maintained with many traditional features, and relaxing outside areas.
The house has a living room at the entrance of the house with sofas and table with computer, printer and wifi. Telephone for local calls. Inside the villa there are two bedrooms - one double and one with 2 single beds, they both have direct access to a bathroom with tub and shower over bath.
On the other side of the living room leads to the dining room, which is bright and airy. This leads to the kitchen which has fridge, freezer, cooker, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The third bedroom has a double bed and there is also a second separate bathroom.
The exterior has 3 areas: a covered barbecue area with table, grill and pizza oven. The second area with the pool, outside shower, chairs and parasol. The third area that is shaded and is home to the pool table and a ping pong table.
A little higher up the mountain there is a chill out ideal for naps, reading or enjoying the view of the valley.
