Located in the municipality of San Agustin, in the area of Sa Serra, this little doll house is the ideal place for a holiday with family.
Fully fenced house with gardens, both front and rear.
The house has extensive upgraded full kitchen, a living room with TV, I-pod player, windows facing the garden and the porch, with table for al fresco dining.
It has two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower on the aisle and a lovely bright master bedroom with bathroom en-suite with shower. Both bedrooms have access to the garden.
There are another two double bedrooms en suite with outside access from the garden.
Nice pool area with beautiful night lighting, table for 8 people, sun loungers, outdoor shower, built-in barbecue. The pool has salt water.
The beaches of Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Port d'Es Torrent are within 10 minutes drive.
