Modern newly built villa located near San Lorenzo, in the north of Ibiza. Tastefully decorated and distributed on one level this villa ensures comfort for an unforgettable holiday in a constructed area of 400 m2 and 19,000 m2 of land.
Entering the house we find the living room light and airy with large windows overlooking the pool area and garden. It has underfloor heating, satellite TV, stereo, fireplace, wi -fi.
Left climbing 3 steps we agree to another dining area and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave , oven , cooking utensils etc.). From here there is access to laundry room ( washer / dryer) with access to parking.
Following the hall found a sliding door that separates the bedroom area from the living area -kitchen .
There are 4 bedrooms :
1 bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning
2 bedrooms with double beds ( 1,50 x 2 m)
1 bedroom with double bed (1,50 x2 m) and bathroom with shower en- suite, exit to the garden
1 bathroom with bath in the hallway
1 bathroom with shower courtesy in the hall
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The exterior has a swimming pool ( 4x8 m) very original (sand and salt water) with waterfall and night lighting. There are 2 areas covered terrace with dining table for 6-8 people.
