Located 10km from Cabourg, a famous seaside resort, this very comfortable house is the perfect holiday rental to combine discovery of the region, beach days and relaxation. Old stable, completely renovated in 2013 and well equipped, it offers a very neat decoration. Its south-facing terrace enjoys sunshine throughout the day, which will accompany your outdoor meals, or your petanque games on the superb bowling alley in front of the house. The covered terrace is the ideal alternative for very hot days. As for the wood stove, it will ensure your comfort during the colder seasons. A stone's throw from the Côte Fleurie, where the famous resorts of Deauville and Trouville are located, this holiday home is also located on the edge of the Pays d'Auge and its Route du Cidre. There, you will discover Beuvron-en-Auge, one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", but also the many manors, stud farms and cider cultures that contribute to the images of Epinal conveyed on Normandy. Further west, Caen (17km), its Memorial and landing beaches (Sword Beach is only 15km away) will offer a part of Norman History, completed by Bayeux (45km) and its world famous Tapestry. Mont-Saint-Michel is 1h30 drive away. This seasonal rental can be suitable for people with reduced mobility or motor disabilities.

A very warm welcome, you feel at home from the kitchen utensils to the relaxation, everything is thought of. However, the garden is not suitable for young children. Enjoy your stay in this beautiful region. We will come back to this later.
