La Casa sul fiume (House on the River) is located in Bocca di Magra, a tourist area directly at the mouth of the river Magra in Liguria.
Bocca di Magra offers to its visitors a small marina where they can dock their boat, a nice walk across the square with restaurant and bar until you reach the small beach with views of the Apuan Alps and the Versilian coast.
The holiday house is located at the beginning of the town, about 1 km from the central square.
It has on-site parking for guests (not always available), as well as the public parking sector which is only 50 meters away.
The house is divided into 3 separate apartments, all facing the river with spectacular views. Each holiday apartment has a furnished terrace.
Available for all there is a common garden with a wood-burning oven, barbecue and a private dock to moor their boats, which guests can bring and take in the sea from the port of Bocca di Magra.
This place allows you to easily visit the 5 Terre.
In the summer, a boat takes you from Bocca di Magra directly to this popular destination.
Versilia is 20 km far, cities such as Florence (120 km), Pisa (80 km) and Lucca (60 km) are easily recheable.
The Holiday Apartments are 3 and rented individually.
They offer from 4 to 7 sleeps. For larger groups, you can also rent the whole house or join the apartments on the first and second floors.
In Winter, a daily flat rate (10€ per day) will be requested for the heating.
At the discretion of the municipality, a Tourist Tax could be requested.
The holiday apartment "Bianco" for 7 people is located on the ground floor and has a large private terrace (not closed) on the river, from here, the dock for boats, is directly accessible.
Tables and chairs allow you to dine outdoors.
A downhill, slightly narrow, from the main entrance brings you to the terrace where you can park your car.
The apartment is composed of:
Large bright living room with wood burning stove, TV, two single beds, armchairs and dining table.
Kitchen with 5-burner stove, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee maker and toaster.
Small bathroom with shower.
Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a large bathroom with shower.
Every following extras are compulsory :
Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
