The house is in a quiet setting, with views to the mountains. There is a pool, covered terrace, barbecue and WiFi.
Location:
The house is located a few kilometers from the Inca, Mallorca's second largest city. There are about a half hour drive to both the sandy beaches of Alcudia bay as Palma. There are a few kilometers to Tramunta mountains.
Inside:
There are a total of 140 m2 consisting of a kitchen that is open to the combined living / dining room. There is also a bathroom and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped each with a double bed and the third with two single beds.
Outdoor:
The plot is 8,000 of which a part is a secluded plot.
The pool measures 8.5 x 4 meters and has a depth of between 2.2 and 1.6 m.
Note:
The house can not be booked by youth groups.
