The house interiors are nicely furnished and outside guests can enjoy use of a well-groomed garden with tennis court and irregular-shaped swimming pool to be shared occasionally with the property owners.
This property is in easy access to the highway entrance (7,5 km away) and is conveniently located for visiting Tuscany's and Umbria’s most important places of interest.
The nearby railway station of San Giovanni Valdarno offers daily connections to Florence and Arezzo.
The access to the property is via a short, well-maintained unpaved road.
