This villa in Porreres has 150m2 and capacity for six people plus an extra space. It is ideal for families or groups of friends, as there are lots of space outdoors, including a fantastic pool.
This modern and cosy house was built in 2009 following the traditional architecture in Mallorca. Its location its the perfect place if you are looking forward to tranquillity.
There three spacious rooms with views to the garden and the countryside in the background. All of them have enough space to put a cot if you needed. There are two bathrooms in the house, one of them en suite. In addition, there is a toilet outside.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need during your holiday but, if you prefer, you can have a BBQ (you will find it by the pool). The living-dining room is the perfect place to organize dinners with your friends and family, or just rest on the comfy sofas while watching satellite TV, surfing the Internet (WIFI) or reading.
The 258 m2 terrace surrounds the house and the pool. The porches are equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs, so you can have dinner outside or relax having a drink. The salty pool is 10 x 5 meters large and it is well lighted so you can swim at night! You will find six sun beds surrounding the pool.
At the patio you will find a playground and other toys for children. In addition there are three bicycles available (two for adults and one for kids), so you can go for a ride around the area. There is covered parking for a car and uncovered space where you can park up to four cars.
The house is located in a 21000 m2 plot, in a quiet and rural area – the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The paths around the plot are a nice place for long strolls through pine and almond trees.
The house is just 3 km form Porreres, where you can find everything you might need: supermarket, ATM, surgery, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, etc. It is a lively place with some places you can visit.
Beaches like Es Trenc or Colònia de Sant Jordi are only 25 km from the house. If you like cities, you cannot miss Palma! There you will find lots of services, cultural offer and a great variety of shops. Get lost on the tiny streets of the Mediterranean Pearl!
