This apartment on the sea front has 100 m2. It is on the second floor of a building with elevator and you can access the beach just by crossing the street. If you like the sea but want to have a pool as well, this is the perfect choice!
It has capacity for 7 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a room with a double bed, one with two single beds and another one with a trundle bed. All bedrooms have closet and windows. In the living room there is a sofa bed and we will provide you with a high chair and a cot if you request them. The apartment has a bathroom and a shower room.
At the apartment you will find a portable AC device and a gas heater and two radiators for the coldest months.
The kitchen is very well equipped so you feel like at home. In the living room you will find a table and chairs where to have your meals, a plasma screen TV, sound equipment, CD's, DVD's, magazines, games and WIFI.
The best of the apartment is fore sure its terrace, where you will find a table with chairs. Have your breakfast while enjoying the sea views! At the building there is a shared big pool and a children pool, with a lifeguard during July and August. You will find a playground and tennis court as well. A parking place is included in the price.
This apartment in Gandia is located just by the beach, which has been awarded with the Blue Flag for its quality. You will have a sun umbrella and beach chairs available.
NOTE: We don’t accept groups of people under 30 years old. We need copies of the passports of all guests to accept the booking.
