Historical villa dating back to the 15th century situated in a small hamlet of houses a short distance away from Arezzo. This villa was restored preserving its original architectural features and was turned into a welcoming country residence providing a nice garden with private pool. A charming cypress-tree alley leads to the main entrance. The interiors are spacious and cozy furnished with some antiques.
A local railway passes approx. 250 m from the property away
Distances: groceries, bank and chemistry 500 m away, Arezzo general stores and railway station 7 km away, the beautiful medieval town of Cortona 35 km away, Siena 70 km away, Perugia 75 km, Florence (airport) 80 km, Assisi 105 km away.
At guests’ disposal: furnished garden with private swimming-pool (9 x 6 m – depth 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09). The garden is accessible directly from the dining area. The villa provides WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).

1st floor: large frescoed hall, living-room with single bed, toilet (accessible via a low ceiling passage - height 1,6 m), frescoed double bedroom, twin-bedded room, double bedroom with access on to a bedroom with a single bed and bathroom with bathtub.
