Large house located in the tranquil surroundings of a large plot. There is a pool, garden and covered terrace.
Location:
The house is in Llubi in the north of Mallorca. It is walking distance to both shopping opportunity that restaurant.
You reach the sandy beaches of Alcudia bay after about 20 minutes.
Inside:
The house is 200 m2 and has four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are equipped each with a double bed and the fourth with two single beds. In addition there is a separate fully equipped kitchen, a combined living / dining room and three bathrooms.
Outdoor:
The plot is 14,000 m2 and part of it was brought as a garden.
The pool measuring 10 x 3.3 m and has a depth of between 2.0 and 1.0 m.
