Large holiday home for 10 people with private pool.
The house is situated in quiet surroundings and you have a view of the surrounding countryside. There is a terrace, barbecue, pool and sat TV.
Location:
The house is a 5-minute drive from Santa Margalida in the north of Mallorca. In town there are shops as well as cafes and restaurants.
There is a ten minute drive to the sandy beaches of Alcudia coast.
Inside:
There are a total of 260 m2 distributed on a separate fully equipped kitchen, living rooms, four bathrooms and five bedrooms.
In three of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two are equipped with two single beds.
Outdoor:
The house is situated on a 6,500 m2 plot a portion of which is laid out as a garden that is secluded.
The pool measuring 10 x 3 m and has a depth of between 1.75 m and 1.0 m.
There is a terrase with tiles of 280 m2.
Garden furniture and barbecue are available.
