Holiday house for 12 people with private pool.
Large house situated with views of the surrounding countryside. There is a pool, covered terrace, barbecue sat TV, WiFi and air con.
Location:
The house is in the sizzle part of Tuscany within walking distance of the old town of Lucignano, where both shopping facilities such as restaurants.
There are good opportunities to make day trips to some of the many interesting places in Tuscany.
Inside:
The house is 230 m2 on two levels.
On the ground floor there is a large open area with a fully equipped kitchen and a combined living / dining room. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped each with a double bed and the other two each with two single beds.
outdoor:
The house is situated in the hills on a 3,000 m2 plot and you overlook the valley as well as the surrounding countryside.
The pool measures 9 x 4.5 m.
There is a covered terrace and built in BBQ.

Pool is opened from May to September.
