2 room apartment of 36m², on the 1st floor of the recent Le Palatin residence, at the foot of the slopes in Pelvoux, ideal for a family of 6 people. The apartment has a large balcony equipped, facing south east, with a view of the garden of the residence and the mountains :

- sleeping area with a curtain, with 2 bunk beds
- living room with TV, equipped with a bed for 2 people
- Kitchen area equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, 4 hotplates, hood, coffee maker and microwave.

For the winter: the ski locker is on the ground floor of the residence.
