They are on the second line of the beach less than 350m from the beach. Comfortable accommodation with a recent construction. It is 3 km from the city and the old town and is located in a residential area and close to shops and restaurants.
It has an elevator, terrace, iron, communal + children's pool, garage in the same building.
The vitroceramic open plan kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine.

Parking: The apartments have a parking space.
Pets: The apartments accept pets. They pay € 30 per stay and pet. Direct payment in Reception.

Pick up of keys at the Rentals Offices Peñíscola 1, Calle Irta Nº2. In the Forner building under. Very close to the Ágora Hotel and the Civil Guard Barracks.
Key delivery schedule
From October to May, key collection takes place during the following times:
- Monday to Friday: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturdays: from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Late Saturdays and Sundays: closed
From June to September, key collection takes place during the following times
-From Monday to Sunday: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Delivery of keys after hours
Late check-in carries the following charges:
- From 20:00 to 22:00 - EUR 25
- From 22:00 to 00:00 - EUR 50
Check-in is not possible after 00:00.
