Holiday house for 8 people with private pool.
The house is situated in a tranquil setting and views to the surrounding countryside. There are pool, covered patio, barbecue, satellite TV and WiFi.
On request, you can free ride on two horses.
Location:
The house is located 3 km from Capdepera where there are shopping opportunities as well as cafes and restaurants.
You reach the nearest sandy beach at Cala Ratjada after only 5 minutes drive.
Capdepera is located in the northeastern part of Mallorca.
Nearest golf course is 900 m.
Inside:
There are a total of 120 m2 distributed in four bedrooms, three of which are equipped each with a double bed and the fourth with two single beds.
Furthermore, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the combined living / dining room.
Outdoor:
The house is situated on a 3,000 m2 plot, part of which is constructed as garden.
The pool measures 9 x 4 m and has a depth of maximum 2 m, however, is part of the pool brought as children's pool.
On the grounds there are two horses that you can use - but must also be queried by house owner two days before use.
Note:
Youth groups can not book the house.
