- General description of the campsite:
Come and succumb to the charms of the Ile d'Oléron, between wild coastline, salt marshes and the Atlantic Ocean... A real invitation to escape and relax in the heart of the "luminous" island, nicknamed for its exceptional sunshine.
The 4* Oléron Loisirs family campsite is located in the heart of nature, just 3 km from the beaches (with a free shuttle service in summer) and 1.6 km from the town center of Saint-Georges-d'Oléron. You'll be delighted by the many facilities and services on offer from the start of the season; entertainment is also available from April. If the ocean is too cool, come and relax in the 1,200 m² aquatic area, comprising a covered, heated complex with swimming pool, sauna, hammam and aqualudic play area; outside, a second pool, a paddling pool and super-fun slides where children can glide like fish in water!
There are no fewer than 25 beaches to choose from, both quiet and safe for the little ones and sporty for the grown-ups, forests ideal for hiking and cycling, and historic monuments such as the Chassiron lighthouse, Fort Louvois and the famous Fort Boyard nearby. The Ile d'Oléron has so much to offer!

- Description of the Aquatic Area:
Come and swim, play and splash around in the pleasant 1,200 m² aquatic park, comprising a covered and heated complex with swimming pool and aquatic play area; outside, a second pool, a paddling pool and 3 super-fun slides where children will slide like fish in water!
There's also a sauna and hammam for maximum relaxation! (Access reserved for over-18s and free of charge).
Aquagym classes are offered several times a week during the spring and summer vacations.

Aquatic area opening times and dates:
- From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. as soon as the campsite opens
- Heated indoor area: all season
- Outdoor area: open from April to September, weather permitting. Unheated
NB: Only short swimsuits, bikinis, 1-piece swimsuits and short-sleeved UV-resistant Lycra T-shirts may be worn. Children under parental supervision.
Opening times are indicative and subject to change. Access to aquatic areas may be subject to restrictions, depending on weather and sanitary conditions, and any maintenance work in progress at the time of your stay.
- Entertainment:
Led by the entertainment team throughout the season (5 days/7 in low season and 7 days/7 in high season), with a more sustained rhythm during the spring and summer school vacations, with family or friends, let yourself be carried away in the various sports tournaments organized (Volleyball, Beach-volleyball, Basketball, Football) and in the Aquagym and muscle-building classes.
In the evening, you'll be able to enjoy a variety of games, a mini disco, dancing, shows, musical groups and a café-théâtre. There's plenty of fun to be had in the evenings!
Numerous activities are available on site: a multi-sports field, beach volleyball, table tennis, fitness room (free, open access according to bar opening hours and forbidden to under-18s), petanque area, a new children's playground for 2024, inflatable structures, trampolines, bike hire (extra charge), indoor games room with table soccer and billiards (extra charge).
Kids' Club (4-10 years): during the spring and summer school vacations, your little monsters will be delighted to join in with sports activities and a variety of games.
Club Ados (11-17 years): only during the summer school vacations, sports activities, board games, dance classes, etc... an opportunity to get together with friends and make new ones!
Schedules are indicative and subject to change. The entertainment program may be subject to certain adjustments, and some activities may not be available from time to time, depending on the weather, visitor numbers and official sanitary conditions in force at the time of your stay.
- Services available on site:
For a sweet or savoury break, the Bar and Snack Bar offer a choice of refreshments and a varied menu of dishes to take away or enjoy on site: open 5 days a week in low season and 7 days a week in high season (during the summer school vacations).
For your small shopping needs, visit the grocery store where you'll find bread and pastries baked on site, fresh produce, food, regional products, souvenirs, toys and clothing: open 5 days a week in low season and 7 days a week in high season (during summer school vacations).
Free WiFi throughout the campsite (reception quality is random, depending on the campsite's location and the number of users connected).
Collective barbecue areas are available; all you need to bring is your charcoal and grill (45x60 cm, according to current regulations, use subject to prefectoral authorization).
Coin-operated laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer (washing powder not supplied). Loan of vacuum cleaner and iron (on request from reception in exchange for ID, subject to availability).

6-person mobile home located near reception, so very noisy in the evening. Very basic equipment, no toaster for example and not enough dishes. Mobile home poorly laid out. Other than that, friendly staff and a heated indoor pool, especially appreciated when it's 14 degrees at the height of the day.

Mobilhome almost new, but not very well insulated. The Mobilhome terraces were so close that we could hear our neighbors even when we were in our closed Mobilhome...
