Located in the wooded district of La Baule-les-Pins, the 3* Goélia "Royal Park" tourist residence, in the style of seaside villas, is ideally located about 300 m from the beach. It consists of small 4-storey buildings with elevator, in the heart of a 4 hectare wooded park. Possibility of hiking or cycling from the residence, golf course less than 3 km away, thalassotherapy centre 5 minutes away. On site, two swimming pools, one heated and one children's pool (open from mid-April to the end of September depending on the weather), loan of board games. Bread and croissants are left at the reception desk, to be ordered the day before.
La Baule is a seaside resort with an international reputation, very lively, with villas of character and 650 hectares of pine forests. The beach of La Baule-Escoublac is classified, according to UNESCO, as one of the most beautiful bays in the world (9 km of sandy beach). It is a playground of amazing dimensions Discover the wild coast of Pouliguen, called Grande Côte, its customs trail, its coves and curious caves.
Your hosting:
2/3 rooms 6/7 persons, 48/50 m²: living room with 2 sofa beds, 1 of which has a trundle bed - recommended for children, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a closed bedroom with 2 bunk beds, bathroom, separate WC.
The spacious apartments are fully equipped and all have a terrace or balcony with garden furniture. Kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker. TV is included. Some apartments have large terraces or balconies (15m² and more): to be pre-booked with a supplement of 20 €/week to be paid on site according to availability.
