Nice studio, located in the first area, waterfront, practically on the beach, in the 3rd and last floor of a quiet building, surrounded by gardens.
The studio, though small, but offers all the comfort and all the desirable amenities. It has a full and proper equipment. A nice terrace, fully equipped, is located by the sea and sun. The sea view is superb.
The beach is located at the foot of the building and access is direct: there are no roads to cross and no traffic ... Ideal: children playing on the beach can be monitored from the studio.
