Holiday house for 8 people with private pool.
Genia Tva is quietly situated with views of the surrounding countryside. There is a pool, covered terrace, grill, WiFi, satellite TV and air con.
Geni Tva was built in 2013 and the first guests moved in in the summer 2014.
Location:
The house is located 2 km from the small town Baderne where there is a restaurant and shopping opportunity. It is a 10 minute drive to Porec, a town with a beautiful old town with shops, cafes and restaurants. In Porec, there are also beaches and a harbor.
Inside:
The house is 170 m2 and consists of 4 bedrooms, including three of the bedrooms with a double bed each and the fourth with two single beds. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs and a lounge and two bathrooms.
There is air con throughout .
Outdoor:
The plot is 1,000 m2 and is landscaped with lawn. The pool is 32 m2. Furthermore, garden furniture , covered terrace and barbecue .
Note:
Youth groups can not book the house .
