The house is a renovated old farm, located on a very large plot. The pool, covered terrace, barbecue and sat TV available.
Location:
The house is 4.5 km fa Vilafranca de Bonany, where there is both shopping facilities as restaurants. If you want a larger selection of shops, cafes and restaurants are in Manacor, which is a 5-10 minute drive to.
There are about a half hour drive to both beaches as Palma.
Inside:
The house is 220 m2 and consists of a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the living / dining room and an additional living room. There are four bedrooms, which are both equipped with every e double bed and the other two each with two single beds. In the separate living area there are two sofa beds for every person.
Furthermore, two bathrooms and a toilet with washbasin which is accessible from the outside.
Outdoor:
The plot is 135,000 m2 which ensures that you are 100% private. There is a landscaped garden of 600 m2 with lawn. The pool measures 10 x 5 m and has a depth of between 1.35 and 2.1 m. It has a covered terrace, garden furniture and built-in barbecue available.
