The house is situated in a rural location on a large plot and there are views to the mountains. There are pool, covered terrace and sat TV.
Location:
The house is located 1.5 km from Luubi in the north of Mallorca. In Llubi there as well as shops restaurants and want amn a greater variety found in Inca, located 3 km from the house.
There is a 20-minute drive to the sandy beaches of the north coast.
Inside:
The house is 300 m2 and has six bedrooms, five of them being equipped with two single beds and the sixth with a double bed.
Furthermore, there is a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining room, one living room and three bathrooms.
Outdoor:
The plot is 74,000 m2 of which a part is built as enclosed garden.
There is a covered terrace and garden furniture.
