Holiday home for 5 persone between Pollensa and Port Pollensa
The villa is located in a quiet setting with a lovely garden, private pool and satellite TV.
Location:
The house is located close to Puerto Pollensa, a charming town on the north coast of Mallorca. There are approximately 3 km to the sandy beach, and here you will also find supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. One of the best ways to explore Port Pollensa is to take a walk down the "The Pine Walk", a waterfront promenade. Close to Port Pollensa is the Tramuntana mountains, which is well suited for hiking as cycling. There are approximately 5.5 km to the center of Pollensa which clearly is worth a visit. Here you can stroll down the cobbled streets or walk the 365 steps up to El Calvari - a small chapel with stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia.
Inside:
The house is 130 m2 and is in one floor. From the front door you come into the living room, but a cozy sitting area with fireplace and a dining table. Further from the living room is a double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower. The living room has also a small corridor leading into the other two bedrooms with twin beds and a single bed. The two bedrooms share a bedroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the outdoor barbecue area.
Outdoor:
There is a beautiful covered barbecue area with dining table, where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings. The house is a lovely garden with views of the surrounding mountains and is bordered by shrubs and fences. There are several small terraces where you can sit and relax and enjoy the sun. The pool is situated in the middle of the garden and measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth of between 1-2 meters. Here is also a separate utility room.
Note:
There is general cleaning 2 times per week.
