Lovely villa near Pollensa with private pool for 5 persons
Location:
The house has a lovely view of the Puig de Maria, there is a hill with a monastery and chapel built in the 13th century. There is also a small restaurant and stunning views of Pollensa. There is approximately 1.2 km to the center of Pollensa, and it's clearly worth a visit. Here you can stroll down the cobbled streets or walk the 365 steps up to El Calvari - a small chapel with stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia. There is a short drive to the fine beach Llenaire, located in the seaside resort of Puerto Pollenca. Here you will find everything you need for a day at the beach, for example. restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
Inside:
The villa is approximately 139 m2 and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with among other things, gas stove and dishwasher. From the kitchen there is also direct access to a terrace. The living room is a combined dining and groceries living room where there is a cozy seating area with satellite TV and a dining table for all. The villa has a total of 3 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two single beds and a one with a single bed. All bedrooms have access to two bathrooms with bath and shower respectively. There is also a laundry room with washing machine.
Outdoor:
The villa has a lovely view of the beautiful mountains and the view can be enjoyed in the well-kept garden and covered furnished terrace. The pool is situated close to the house and measures 4x8 meters. To the pool belongs to sun beds. The house has another covered patio, built separately from the house. Here there is also a dining table and a built-in barbecue with a sink. On the plot there's also a free-standing brick barbecue.
Note: There is air conditioning in the house, which is set to run from pm. 20:00 pm. 06:00. It is not possible to change.
