Nice apartment for 4 people, located in an apartment complex consisting of two buildings located in Cala San Vicente with shared pool.
Location:
The apartment is very centrally located in the middle of Cala San Vicente surrounded by tall pines, with only 400 meters to the sandy beach. Cala San Vicente is ideal for a relaxing holiday in the city, there are some shops and restaurants. Only 5 minutes drive away you will find the old historic town of Pollenca, where you can stroll down the cobbled streets or walk the 365 steps up to El Calvari - a small chapel with stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia.
Inside:
The apartment is located in the main building on the ground floor in the left side of the building with a partial pool view. The apartment consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bath and a kitchen-dining room. Here there are two sofa beds, satellite TV and dining table. From kitchen-family room there is access to a lovely balcony with tables and chairs.
Outdoor:
There is a communal pool with children's pool, where there are chairs and umbrellas. There is WiFi in some public areas. The washing machine and table tennis is for public use.
