Cosy villa near Pollensa with private pool, satellite TV and DVD player
Location:
There are about 2 km to the center of Puerto Pollensa. There is a short drive to the beach Llenaire, located in the seaside resort of Puerto Pollenca. Here you will find everything you need for a day at the beach, for example. restaurants, supermarkets and so on. If you want to explore the Bay of Alcudia, is this only about 12.5 km, and to Pollença about 5 km.
Inside:
The villa is 140 m2. The house has a combined dining and living room, where there is room for a cozy sitting area with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with among other things a dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer and a small dining table. In addition, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (here are French doors that open directly onto the terrace) and one with two single beds. The bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub. Here is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. The house's first floor is used only for storage.
Outdoor:
The house has two lovely covered terraces. One overlooks the pool and the nearby mountains. The pool measures 4 x 8 meters and around it there are sunbeds and parasols. Beside the pool house has a nice barbecue area which can be cooked many lovely meals.
